KATHMANDU, August 25: Nepali cricket team defeated Kenyan team by five wickets in the first match of the T-20 International Series on Thursday.
Nepal met the target of 131 runs set by the Kenyan team in 19.2 over. Kenya batted in the first in the match and hit 130 runs, with a loss of seven wickets.

Nepali team is now on a tour of Kenya to play five matches of the T-20 series. The second match is scheduled for Friday.
Nepal is playing warm up cricket matches before visiting Namibia under the World Cricket League-2. Sandeep Lamichhane is holding the captainship of the Nepali team.
