KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Newly elected chairpersons of three thematic committees under the National Assembly, the upper house in the Federal Parliament of Nepal, took oath of office and secrecy today.

NA chair Ganesh Prasad Timilisina administered oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected chairpersons of the three thematic committees. They are Dil Kumari Thapa (National Concern and Coordination Committee); Parshuram Meghi Gurung (Legislation Management Committee); and Ram Narayan Bidari (Delegated Management and Government Assurance Committee).
They were elected unopposed earlier today.
