The letter also states that Ramlal Dagaura Tharu and Ramesh Bishwakarma, founding central members of the party, had been expelled due to their involvement in physical altercations and indecent behavior.
There was a clash between the leaders at the central committee meeting at the party central office in Anamnagar on Monday.
Tharu stated that following the election commission’s failure to recognize Resham Chaudhary as the chairman of NUP, there was a dispute between the founding central committee consisting of 21 central members under Ranjita Shrestha’s leadership, and leaders from Chaudhary's side. The altercation arose when the Chaudhary faction insisted on including all members.
Resham Chaudhary has also issued a warning of further action.
