KATHMANDU, Dec 20: One person died and 15 others were injured when a microbus heading towards Besisahar of Lamjung district collided with a bus in Dhading on Tuesday afternoon.
District Police Office, Dhading’s Spokesperson Shyam Bahadur Khatri, said that the accident occurred in Gajuri Rural Municipality-2 along the Prithvi Highway at around 1.30 pm on Tuesday.

According to him, the microbus with registration number Ba 2 Kha 4762 heading towards Besisahar from Kathmandu collided head on with the bus with registration number Lu 2 Kha 2644. According to District Police Office Dhading, a woman aged 28 to 30 who was traveling in the microbus died in the accident.
The identity of the deceased has not been identified yet. She died during treatment at Gajuri Primary Health Centre. Similarly, 11 people traveling on the microbus and four on the bus were injured.
