KATHMANDU, Oct 19: On Wednesday, the unveiling of a captivating photo book, 'Life in Pandemic,' by photojournalist Keshabraj Thokar marked a significant moment. The book, offering a unique lens into the experiences of Nepali society during the COVID-19 pandemic, was officially released by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire.


During the unveiling ceremony, Speaker Ghimire extended his best wishes to the book and its author, emphasizing the importance of documenting the challenges and triumphs faced by Nepali society during the pandemic. He stressed that the book not only chronicles the events but also offers a window for future generations to learn and empathize with the experiences of this crucial period in our history.


Thokar, the creative mind behind this thought-provoking publication, highlighted that his primary objective was to 'document' the unprecedented impact of the coronavirus pandemic through the art of photography.
