POKHARA, Nov 7: Pokhara Metropolitan City’s COVID-19 case tally has surpassed 3,200 as of Friday.

As many as 108 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) were recorded on Friday, taking Pokhara’s COVID-19 case tally to 3,216, according to officials at Pokhara Metropolitan City.


Similarly, there are a total of 2,064 people contracted with the COVID-19 in the metropolis. They are currently undergoing treatment in various hospitals and home isolations in Pokhara.


As many as 1,102 people, who had earlier tested positive for the virus, have recovered in the Metropolis as of Friday .


The COVID-19 death toll of Gandaki Province has reached 100 including 50 deaths from the Pokhara Metropolitan City alone.
