GORKHA, April 4: Yogendra Kumal, in charge of Biplav led rebel party, the Communist Party of Nepal, at Gorkha, was arrested on charges of setting fire in Ncell tower and excavator, DSP Besh Raj Rijal, chief at the district police office said.
On March 29 unidentified group had torched the communication tower at Gandaki rural municipality-5. Likewise, on April 2, the excavator working to pave the mid hill highway at Ghyampeshal-Niwel of Gorkha was torched. The police have arrested Kumal for his alleged involvement, chief of police said adding that they were investigating further into the case.
