Rs 1.14 million collected for buying ambulance

BHAKTAPUR, Feb 4: Approximately Rs 1.14 million has been collected under the ambulance purchase fund collection campaign here for buying an ambulance for Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS) Nagarkot sub-branch.

BHAKTAPUR, Feb 4: Approximately Rs 1.14 million has been collected under the ambulance purchase fund collection campaign here for buying an ambulance for Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS) Nagarkot sub-branch.

The NRCS Nagarkot sub-branch is preparing to buy a new ambulance after the old one that it had been operating broke down. NRCS Nagarkot sub-branch president Som Sharma Bajgain said they have so far collected Rs 1.14 for this purpose. Various individuals and organisations have contributed money for this cause. 


The sub-branch has been operating ambulance service at Nagarkot, Bageshwari and Chhaling areas of Changunarayan Municipality in Bhaktapur and in areas around Mandan Deupur Municipality in Kavrepalancchok district as well.(RSS)
