KATHMANDU, July 10: The Supreme Court yet again deferred the hearing on the writ petition demanding court order to resume vote counting in Bharatpur Metropolitan City.
The hearing got postponed on Monday after a division bench of Justice Om Prakash Mishra and Purushottam Bhandari could not manage time for the hearing and issued order to include the petition on cause list for July 17.

Earlier on Friday, division bench of justices Meera Khadka and Anil Kumar Sinha had also issued similar order and postponed the case for Monday.
A single bench of Justice Cholendra SJB Rana had asked both sides to attend the hearing to decide whether to continue the interim order.
