KATHMANDU, Oct 2: A four-room new building has been handed over to Shree Krishna Secondary School at Chhaimale of Chobu of Dakshinkali Municipality in Lalitpur district today.
The newly constructed building was handed over to the School Management Committee. The new building was constructed in place of the quake-damaged building of the School. The school has altogether 250 students.

The Gorkha Earthquake on April 25, 2015 had incurred damages to the old school building.
The building was constructed at the cost of more than Rs 6.4 million managed by the District Project Implementation Unit Committee under the National Reconstruction Authority, shared School Principal Amrit Man Shrestha.
Mayor of Dakshinkali Municipality Mohan Basnet handed over the new building to School Management Committee Chairperson Ram Bahadur Lho Tamang and Principal Shrestha amid a program.
Mayor Basnet expressed his confidence that the teaching-learning activities in the school would be easier and the students would be further motivated to study in the new building.
On the occasion, a cultural programme presented by the students added extra edge to the event. RSS
