TAPLEJUNG, Nov 28: District Police Office, Taplejung, has suspended 6 police personnel including Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) on the accuse of negligence on security sensitivity during the election.
According to the District Police Office sources, one police Head Constable, four police constable and ASI Ganga Devi Khatr have been suspended.

Those who are deployed at the protection of Polling station have been suspended due to explosion took place in polling station at Bhanu Secondary school of Taplejung on the previous day of polling, November 25.
The sources claimed that the explosion took place on the previous day of polling, but the security team did not know that issue because of their negligence on security sensitivity.
After the explosion took place in the front of the polling station, the District Election Management Committee (DEMC) had left that field and polling stations had been managed in the sports field of the school.
Even though there is no human damage, that explosion has been estimated to increase the trauma environment.
