BAJURA, March 13: A son has murdered his father by using an axe following a dispute that surfaced during lunch time.
Lokesh Chadara, aged 22 and a local of Gudukhati-4, murdered his 60 years old father at 9:30 am during lunch time on Sunday, said Police Inspector Sudam Rawal.
The locals informed the police of the incident after they found the murderer getting ready to throw away the dead body of his father broken into two pieces. The head and the body of the perpetrator’s father were separated after the attack.

Lokesh has accepted his involvement in the murder. Though it was earlier said that he was a patient of mental disease, the medical report has debunked it.
The perpetrator was detained by the police on Sunday evening.
The incident area is one day walk from Martadi. According to the police, a probe into the incident is going on.
A preparation is under way for filing a murder case against the perpetrator at the district court, the police has informed..
