DAMAULI (TANAHUN), Jan 10: The death toll in the jeep accident that took place in the bordering area between Bhimad Municipality wards no 5 and 3 in Tanahun district on Wednesday has reached two.
The deceased have been identified as Rum Bahadur BK, 42, of Baudikali Rural Municipality-2 in Nawalpur district and Jemlal Darai, 55, of Dedhgaun from the same locality, according to the District Police Office, Tanahun.

The incident took place when the ill-fated jeep (Ga 1 Ja 6356) en route to Rampur in Palpa from Pokhara fell some 150 meters off the road, police said.
Critically injured in the mishap and rushed to the nearest health facility, the two were pronounced dead by the doctors at the GP Koirala National Centre for Respiratory Diseases.
Likewise, 10 people sustained injuries in the accident, police said.
