KATHMANDU, Nov 28: Today marks the third day of the ongoing 10th General Convention of the main opposition party CPN-UML. However, the closed session, which was scheduled for 10AM today has been delayed again.
The delay in the closed session of the party has left its representatives waiting outside the gates of the event hall. Meanwhile, candidate for the post of party’s chairman, Vice-chairman Bhim Rawal has started soliciting votes from the representatives. He is distributing pamphlets to the representatives, explaining the reasons for his candidacy.

Similarly, Chairman KP Sharma Oli is holding discussions and consultations with leaders close to him in order to hold his position as the party’s leader through a consensus. On the occasion, Oli has also met with Bishnu Poudel and other leaders for discussion.
