UML recommends candidates for upcoming polls in Sindhuli

SINDHULI, Oct 8: CPN-UML has recommended the names of candidates for both Provincial and Parliamentary elections scheduled for November 26 and December 7. UML District Committee, Sindhuli has come up with the names of candidates following a massive discussion.


There are two parliamentary constituencies and four provincial constituencies in Sindhuli. UML District Party Office, Sindhuli has picked the names of Pradip Katuwal and incumbent lawmaker Ganesh Pahadi from Constituency 1.

Similarly, District Committee member Ram Krishna Shrestha, who is also the chairman of Tailoring Entrepreneurs Association, has been recommended from constituency 2.


For the provincial polls, a former zonal committee member Laxman Karki, and district working committee member Kumar Bahadur Karki have been recommended from constituency 1 (a) and (b) respectively.


Similarly, former central member Keshav Devkota, district working committee member Binod Khadka and Parwati Bhattarai have been recommended from constituency no. 2 (a) while incumbent district party secretary Surya Pakhrin has been recommended from Constituency 2 (b).
