Worker missing in Mahakali flood

KANCHANPUR, June 30: A worker went missing in Kanchanpur this afternoon after being swept away by the Mahakali River. The worker working at the company constructing a four-lane bridge over the Mahakali River went missing when they went for fishing.


According to the Kanchanpur District Police Office Spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police Umesh Joshi, Dhan Bahadur Gurung of Barahatal Rural Municipality-4, Sajghat, Surkhet, went missing after being swept away by the river.
