KATHMANDU, June 22: Police have arrested a youth on the charge of creating a fake ID of a Nepal Police officer in Clubhouse, a social media platform, and disseminating wrong information about Nepal Police on Monday.
The man has also used a picture of a police officer in uniform with insignia and his name to create fake ID of Clubhouse, according to a press statement issued by Nepal Police Headquarters.

The man has been identified as Ishan Lamichhane, 20, of Changunarayan Municipality-6 of Bhaktapur district.
Further investigation into the matter is underway, according to Nepal Police Headquarters.
