Prajapati added that the municipality office will also push for new houses to be built with traditional designs. He shared that landlords will be provided with various forms of support to encourage construction of new houses with traditional designs.

An engineer from the planning branch of the municipality office, Srikrishna Nyaichwai, informed that works toward the project had started after budget estimation. An estimated budget of four million rupees has been allocated for the project in the first phase. The budget will be used to construct roads made of stone.

After the election of local body representatives, Bhaktapur municipality assembly had decided to change the road structure along the main roads. The area from Chyamasingh to Bharwacho, taken as the main market, will have stone roads through Chyamasingh- Suryamadhi-Dayatraya-Inacho-Golmadhi-Sukuldhoka-Kwachhe-Taumadhi-Gahiti-Nasmana-Banshagopala-Bharwacho route.
