KATHMANDU, May 18: Nepal Army’s Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Rajendra Chhetri has returned home wrapping his three-day official visit to Pakistan on Friday.
Chhetri had left for Pakistan on Monday at the invitation of Pakistan’s chairman of joint chiefs of staff committee General Zubair Hayat.

He held discussion with Pakistan's Prime Minister Sahid Abbasi Khan, Defence Minister Khurram Dastagir Khan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of staff committee General Hayat and Chief of Army staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa during his visit.
It is said that such high level visits of Army officials helped foster the bilateral relations and mutual benefits between the two countries.
