DCCMC recommends extending prohibitory order in Kathmandu Valley for 15 more days

KATHMANDU, May 10: The District COVID-19 Crisis Management Committees (DCCMCs) of the Kathmandu Valley has recommended the COVID-19 Crisis Management Committee (CCMC) to extend the ongoing prohibitory orders for 15 more days.

KATHMANDU, May 10: The District COVID-19 Crisis Management Committees (DCCMCs) of the Kathmandu Valley has recommended the COVID-19 Crisis Management Committee (CCMC) to extend the ongoing prohibitory orders for 15 more days.


A meeting of DCCMCs with the mayors of Kathmandu decided to recommend extending the prohibitory orders in the Valley for 15 more days.

However, the CCMC is yet to make the decision in this regard.


A meeting of Chief District Officers has been scheduled for Tuesday to make further decisions on this issue.


The ongoing prohibitory order ends on May 12.
