Jajarkot earthquake: 38 injured undergoing treatment in Banke

NEPALGUNJ, Nov 5: The number of earthquake survivors brought to Banke Hospital for treatment has reached 38. They have been brought from Jajarkot and Rukum Paschim districts.

NEPALGUNJ, Nov 5: The number of earthquake survivors brought to Banke Hospital for treatment has reached 38. They have been brought from Jajarkot and Rukum Paschim districts.


The District Administration Office, Banke, said that six more patients were brought to Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj for treatment last night, taking the number of patients to 38. Of them, 37 are being treated at Bheri Hospital Nepalgunj and one at Kohalpur Medical College.

On Saturday, a patient died on the way. The surgery on five people who were seriously injured in the earthquake was successful and the condition of all the patients is improving and they are out of danger, said Chief District Officer Sharan Kumar Pokharel.
