KATHMANDU, Feb 21: A team from the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday arrested Chudamani Chapagain, section officer of Bhaktapur Land Revenue Office, on the charge of receiving bribe from service seekers.

Acting on tip-off, the team had arrested Chapagain while he was receiving Rs. 400000 from service seekers promising to legalize landowners, said CIAA Spokesperson Padam Prasad Pandey.
