Man arrested with weapon from Supreme Court premises

KATHMANDU, March 18: A person who entered the Supreme Court premises with weapon has been arrested.

KATHMANDU, March 18: A person who entered the Supreme Court premises with weapon has been arrested.


DIG Bhim Dhakal said that Deepak Khadka of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-3 of Jhapa was arrested after he was found to have entered the SC with weapon on Monday afternoon.

A case related to Durga Prasai is being heard in the SC on Monday. Khadka is said to be a person who has been working as a bodyguard of Durga Prasai. The police recovered a gun from him.
