RATNANAGAR (CHITWAN), June 5: The Nepali diaspora in Israel has extended financial support for Krishna Bahadur Pariyar, who suffered serious head injury after getting struck by a cycle.



The family of the 48 – year – old man from Jivanpur of Madi Municipality – 8 in southern Chitwan received Rs 101,111 provided by Chitwan Society Israel, according to the association's General Secretary, Chiranjibi Mishra.



The money was handed over to Pariyar on Sunday at the hospital. Pariyar is a squatter. On March 29, Pariyar was struck by a cycle when he was traveling on foot. He suffered a blood clot in his head. He is currently receiving treatment at the Bharatpur College of Medical Sciences.



His wife Bishnumaya Pariyar shared that a second surgery was carried out in her husband's head after a fluid clot. After remaining in ICU bed for a protracted period of time, Pariyar has developed bruises on his back. The family has already spent more than Rs 200,000. RSS
