KATHMANDU, Feb 23: A youth was killed in a road accident at Gauriganga Municipality-8 in Kailali district on Friday.
A bus (Na 5 Kha 96) had hit a motorcycle (Se 6 Pa 6822), leaving the pillion rider Dambar Bhatta, 22, a resident of Aalital Rural Municipality, Dadeldhura, seriously injured.

According to police, injured Bhatta breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Kohalpur Medical College.
Likewise, motorcyclist Khemraj Bhatta, 25, a resident of Parshuram Municipality-10, who was also injured in the accident, is receiving treatment at the same hospital. Both the bus and its driver are under control of police.
