The ANNFSU has been objecting to Purbanchal University for applying the Integrated Entrance Examination System (IEES) in all faculties. The ANNFSU vandalized the college after the latter started distributing forms of the IEES against their instruction.

On Wednesday after office hour, the ANNFSU cadres came to Shan College and instructed college not to distribute the IEES forms, College Professor Roshanraj Baral said.

According to him, on Thursday afternoon a group of 15-20 youths entered the college premises and started vandalizing, charging that the college paid no heed to their instruction. “We never expected that the student union would vandalize the college. We have requested the police to take legal action against them,” Baral said
