Three foreigners rescued from Chandragiri forest

KATHMANDU, June 27: Three missing foreigners have been rescued from Chandragiri forest on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, June 27: Three missing foreigners have been rescued from Chandragiri forest on Sunday. 


A team of police from Metropolitan Police Circle Office, Thankot rescued them safely after they were informed about foreigners who went missing on Saturday evening.

The rescued ones were 34-year-old American national Douglas Robe and Indian nationals Nawaprit Dhillion, 30, and Madhav Gupta, according to the Metropolitan Police Range Office, Kathmandu. 


Police rescued them from Thankot-Chitlang road section- some seven kilometers away from Thankot in Kathmandu Valley. They were stranded on a steep hill, police said.
