KATHMANDU, Nov 8: Nepal recorded 390 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday along with 425 recoveries and five deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 5,026 tests were conducted on Monday. Of them, 371 PCR and 19 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus. So far, 74,36,714 people have been administered full doses of COVID-19 across the country.

There are currently 7,884 active cases of COVID-19 across Nepal. Of them, 7,094 are in home isolation, 560 in institutional isolation, 187 in ICUs, and 43 on ventilators. Similarly, 111 people are in quarantine facilities.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 152 new cases of COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 117 were recorded in Kathmandu, 15 in Bhaktapur, and 20 in Lalitpur districts.
