KATHMANDU, April 2: Nepal recorded 11 new cases of COVID-19 along with 90 recoveries and zero death from the deadly virus on Saturday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 3,360 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 10 PCR and one antigen test turned out to be positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 960 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 902 are in self-isolation, 40 in institutional isolation, 16 in ICUs and two on ventilators. Similarly, 106 people are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,951 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, The Kathmandu valley recorded three cases of COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, all three cases were recorded in Kathmandu district.
